DIRS (Dr IT Remote Support)

With this tool our technical support staff can access your computer remotely without having to install permanent software clients. It uninstalls automatically after the support session is finished and only you can activate it again. DIFS (Dr IT File Synchronization)

You can use this tool to synchronize and save your important files remotely and securely in one of our servers. Then you can access them from anywhere using a login and password provided.
